Digital Label Printing - Product Details

Digital labels are durable, non-paper labels made for unique label applications. Digital labels are offered in 50 different materials to meet almost any need. Material choices for digital labels include polyester and vinyl in foils, clears, whites, block out and security finishes. More specialized materials for digital labels include: static cling, magnetics, PVC, Lexan®, and LexValu™. Lexan is available with or without adhesive. All digital labels are custom cut to order –at no extra charge. This lets you design digital labels in any size and shape almost any application. Each label is sub-surface printed in any number of ink colors, giving your design maximum protection against abrasion and light. All this in just 2 to 3 days.

STANDARD LAMINATE AND UV VARNISH

Standard laminating and UV coating are available in your choice of finishes.

STANDARD LAMINATE OPTIONS
Hi-gloss finish thin protective film applied on top of label printing, which causes colors to "pop" and creates a shine to labels. Laminating offers better protection for your labels from harmful moisture, and much more protection from physical abrasion.

Matte finish thin protective film applied on top of label printing, which cause colors to mute and creates a smooth finish to labels. Laminating offers better protection for your labels from harmful moisture, and much more protection from physical abrasion.

UV VARNISH OPTIONS

Matte finish has less sheen than hi-gloss and provides a smooth finish to your labels.

Hi-Gloss finish coating applied to process color labels. UV coating prevents smudging of your labels and offers some protection from UV light. UV coating results in a satin finish to the label.

PDF - FREE of charge*, we will convert your artwork files to a Press Ready PDF proof that is sent within 3 business days of receiving usable art for visual approval.

  • * 1st PDF proof is FREE, however if an additional PDF proof is requested each additional PDF proof will be billed at the rate of $50 per proof.
FAST TRACK (Waive Proof) - FREE of charge, we will take your PRESS READY artwork file and print as is with no changes. Fast Track productions time begins upon receiving usable art.

Hard Copy - $75.00 FEE, we will print a color matched paper proof before it goes to PRESS and OVERNIGHT the proof to you. Hard Copy is sent Next Day Air within 3 business days of receiving usable art.

Your artwork can be uploaded after you have checked out or at a later time for your convenience.

After Checkout - You will be asked to upload artwork and will be given a number of options, including writing a message about the art, adding multiple documents and approximate upload speeds.

Upload Later - You may choose to upload your artwork later. If so, simply use the link that will be provided in your confirmation email and it will take you to the upload page.
