The paper document that holds your REALCARDS® is called the carrier.  The carrier can be left completely blank or include any combination of generic and personalized  information. Typically, we print the static information and the color information for you, leaving you free to print personalized copy anywhere you leave room to do so. As an example, a carrier would include your logo and accent colors we print along with customer name or store locations and special offers that you print. The same approach works for VIP cards, fundraiser cards or more.

Inkjet or Laser?

REALCARD® have undergone rigorous testing for compatibility with inkjet and laser printers. As a result of our testing we offer Real cards with plastic cards on 32# Laser-Safe Ledger and  32# Inkjet-Ready Ledger. Both options feature a strong, highly sized ledger paper typically used for durable paper documents. We urge you to test a sample of our REALCARD® material on your paper.

If you want a letter to go long with your REALCARD®, you can print anything you can imagine with 1 or 2 cards at the bottom of the sheet. Just want to print the cards? No problem! REALCARD® are available with1, 2, 6 or 8 cards per carrier. WE can also provide custom layouts.

REALCARD® Plastic Card Size

Real cards are 3.375” x 2.125”. This is the same size as traditional loyalty cards, gift cards, membership cards and other plastic cards. REALCARDS® are thinner than traditional gift or credit  cards. The area is also much more flexible and durable that traditional plastic cards and can printed on many inkjet and desktop laser printers.

Will REALCARDS® Work With My Printer?

The best way to determine if your printer is compatible with REALCARDS® is to try some samples out.  We do have experience with many different inkjet and laser printers, so the best idea is to contact our Real card professionals and ask them to send you some FREE REALCARD® Samples.

Real cards can be ordered in standard positions or they can be ordered in custom positions. Our most popular standard card position is shown in the layout  below. The measurements of the card and the position on the card from the 4 edges is as shown.

What About Other Layouts?
REALCARD® standard layouts are 1, 2, 6 and 8 cards per carrier.

Custom Layouts?
Sure. Real cards can be positioned in non-standard locations for a custom application. Please keep in mind that some positioning requirements will apply. These typically include distance from the edges of the carrier.
