Rack Card Sizes

Rack Card templates come in our standard size: 4” X 9”. If you need a different size rack card, please call 1.800.691.7867 and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.

Rack Card Paper Stock

Rack card printing is not only about the size of paper, but also the type of paper. Rack card templates come in several paper stock options:

• 80# Gloss Cover is slightly heavier than 80# gloss text and very economical.

• 100# Gloss Cover slightly heavier than 80# Gloss Cover, this material is perfect if you are trying to match other marketing collaterals and retain quality.

• 12 pt Premium Matte (Recycled) is a great option for rack cards that do not need to be glossy. As an added benefit, this matte material is also recycled.

• 14 pt C2S (Coated two sides) is a heavy card stock that produces a very durable, stiff rack card.

• 16 pt C2S (Coated two sides) heavier than a 14pt stock, our 16 pt material is one of the most superior papers available for full color printing. Rack cards will feel very thick when using this paper.

Rack Card Formats

Rack card templates come in these common formats: 4/0, 4/1-blk, and 4/4. The format is the amount of colors printed on each side. Four color is full color, so in the case of 4/0, you would get a rack card printed in full color on one side and no printing on the other side. To get the back side of your rack card in black only, you would select 4/1-blk.
