PAYMENT
By submitting your order online, you authorize My1Stop.com® to charge your credit card in-full for payment, including; shipping, handling fees and applicable sales tax. All orders are priced in U.S. dollars.

TERMS OF USE

If these terms are, or become unacceptable to you, you should discontinue use of this site immediately.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall NOT be subject to any obligation of confidentiality and My1Stop.com® shall not be liable or owe compensation for use or disclosure of the Information, other than such liability as arises out of the copyright or patent laws of the United States. If you would like to submit Information to us, you must first complete the Outside Idea Submission form as a precondition to us considering your Information. If you do not supply this form with your Information, your Information will be returned.

PRODUCT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
The descriptions, recommendations, suggestions and any other statements provided by My1Stop.com® are for informational purposes only.

It is our intent to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available throughout the site and in our communications with you. CUSTOM ORDERS
You acknowledge and agree that in the preparation or creation of custom orders, you take full responsibility for the preparation and review of such orders prior to releasing them for production. By creating such custom orders you represent that you have adequate knowledge to undertake the design, creation, layout and development of such custom orders. You further acknowledge that My1Stop.com® shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, mistakes, etc. including but not limited to colors, graphics, illustrations, ink, typography, matching, consistency, format, layout or any combination of them and that such orders are produced “AS IS”, “AS RECEIVED” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

My1Stop.com® and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse to print, render, capture, produce or otherwise generate an order that contains content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable or which shall infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party or shall violate the rights of others, including any right of privacy or publicity. You will be notified of any rejected order and My1Stop.com® reserves the right to disclose your information to the relevant authorities and such disclosure shall not be construed as a breach of any obligation owing to you.

My1Stop.com® shall have no liability with respect thereto. By submitting such material you hereby consent to the foregoing and any risks or liability associated therewith including criminal and civil prosecution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Additional charges may occur on international shipments. These charges will be the payee’s obligation.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
Commercial Orders - we will deliver 5% + or - and charge the exact amount shipped. 5% + or - is the accepted industry practice.

Form and Label Orders - we will deliver 10% + or - and charge the exact amount shipped. 10% + or - is the accepted practice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If your order is cancelled prior to proof approval per your request or if we have to cancel your order for any reason attributable to you (such as failure to provide appropriate information or advance payment), there will be a $75.00 cancellation charge. This charge is in addition to any proof/shipping/production that has occurred prior to cancellation.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not fully satisfied with your printed product due to any defect, misprint, or error on our part, we will reprint your order or give you a refund subject to the following terms and conditions (“Satisfaction Guarantee”):

• Our Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to defects, misprints, and errors that are the sole fault of My1Stop.com. Design, layout decisions and order details provided by the customer, including but not limited to quantity, material, finish, size, color and shipping information are not covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Our Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to (i) reprint of the original order quantity or (ii) refund of the purchase price of the order, but our refund offer will not be available for orders exceeding $2,500 per order or per customer. There will be no refunds for orders exceeding $2,500; we can only offer to reprint the original order if you are not fully satisfied with your printed product.

• Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover damages in connection with shipping

• We require that you return the original order before we reprint or refund your order.

• Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover, and we are not responsible for, any damages or claims incurred by you, your business, or anyone else as set forth in the “Limitation of Liability” paragraph below, including without limitation those which may be caused by defective or incomplete products, products which you may receive later than the estimated delivery date (regardless of the reason), or those associated with mailing or postage. Please see “Limitation of Liability” below.

• Our Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to our other general terms and conditions, as set forth herein.

• Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover postage cost or any reimbursement of postage. Postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• All stock item returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE, SHALL My1Stop.com® OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF My1Stop.com® OR A My1Stop.com® AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL My1Stop.com®’ S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, My1Stop.com® DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. My1Stop.com® DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE NOW OR WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. My1Stop.com® DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU (AND NOT My1Stop.com® ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. In return for My1Stop.com® allowing access to this site, any information supplied by you to My1Stop.com® will be considered correct. You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted within your individual account. In addition, you acknowledge that by providing such information that you have the right to use and supply such information. You further agree that My1Stop.com® will not be used by you to post, email, upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise make available any materials or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, sexually or otherwise objectionable. No material submitted, supplied or transmitted by you shall infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights shall violate the rights of others, including any right of privacy or publicity. Submitted materials shall not include any virus, “Trojan horse” or other software destruction or disruption devise, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or statutes. You understand and acknowledge that My1Stop.com® does not filter material, information, content or data submitted by visitors, members, partners or users. We do reserve the right, but have no obligation, to refuse, modify, edit, delete, remove or replace information, data, content or materials or any portion thereof that is made available via My1Stop.com® by a visitor, partner or user that violates these terms or which My1Stop.com® in its’ sole discretion finds objectionable. You also acknowledge and agree that My1Stop® may store or keep content, materials, information or data received by us and that we may also release such content if requested to do so in connection with any judicial or governmental order or request, or if we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any investigative process; (b) enforce these terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of My1Stop.com® employees, its users and the public.

NON DISCRIMINATION

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

My1Stop.com® makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Those who choose to access this site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Individuals also agree to comply with all applicable United States export controls.

 

VENUE AND JURISDICTION

GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES
This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to My1Stop.com®, or to products you purchase through My1Stop.com® shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Fort Scott, Kansas, except, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate My1Stop®’s intellectual property rights, My1Stop.com® may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Kansas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise, and you agree that you will not participate as a class member or class representative in any action against My1Stop.com®.

TERMINATION
This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from My1Stop.com® if in My1Stop.com®'s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from My1Stop.com® and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. In addition, My1Stop.com® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason without prior notice or liability. My1Stop.com® may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site at any time, including the availability of any feature, product, service or content (including the Public Areas), without prior notice or liability.
